NAI Isaac Welcomes Rue 21 to Festival Plaza in Glasgow, KY

NAI Isaac welcomes Rue 21 to Festival Plaza, bringing the 42,000 square foot center to 100% occupancy. Rue 21 is a national specialty discount retailer of young men and women’s casual apparel and accessories.  The 5,900 square foot store is slated to open in the spring of 2014. Rue 21 will join Dollar General, Hibbett Sports and more.


Glasgow is in Barren County, in south-central Kentucky, about 90 miles southeast of Louisville and 90 miles northeast of Nashville.  Paul Ray Smith and Jim Kemper of NAI Isaac, represented the Landlord, Festival Plaza Associates, LLC, and May Commercial Group and Currier Properties represented the Tenant in this transaction.
