Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, and Jim Holbrook of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Landlord, FFF Rental, Inc., and Eric Bumm of RE/MAX Elite, represented the Tenant, TP Mechanical Contractors, Inc., to lease 21,200 sf of warehouse space located in the Ferguson Building on East 7th Street in Lexington, Kentucky.
