NAI Isaac Welcomes Ruler Foods to Barren River Plaza


NAI Isaac welcomes Ruler Foods to Barren River Plaza, as it continues its expansion into Kentucky. Ruler Foods is a discount grocery store that sells Kroger brand food and limited assortment of other national brand items. The 21,000 square foot store is slated to open in Spring 2014. Ruler Foods will join Goody’s, Burke’s Outlet, Jo-Ann Fabric and TJ Samson Community Hospital Health Pavilion. 

Glasgow is in Barren County, in south-central Kentucky, about 90 miles southeast of Louisville and 90 miles northeast of Nashville.  Paul Ray Smith and Jim Kemper of NAI Isaac, represented the Landlord, Barren River Plaza Project, LLC in this transaction.
