Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President of Isaac Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the landlord, Rouse Companies 9801, LLC in the lease negotiations with King Bee Delivery, LLC d/b/a BeeLine Courier Services for 13,982 SF at 1045 Brentwood Court in Lexington within the Brentwood Distribution Center. BeeLine Courier service was represented by Frank Bellis with Trio Commercial Property Group and is slated to open May 2014.
