LEXINGTON,
KY – May 2014 – NAI Isaac, a member of the world’s premier
managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced today the promotion
of Anne Kilcoyne, CPM to Senior Property
Manager. Anne Kilcoyne, CPM joined
NAI Isaac in 1996 overseeing in excess of 1.2 million square feet of retail,
industrial and office properties. Anne has focused on the leasing and
management and is a member of NAI Isaac’s Receivership Asset Management Team.
Kilcoyne served as the
Kentucky State Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers
(ICSC®) for 2009 – 2012. She has been actively involved as a member, serving as
co-chair for the annual Tennessee/Kentucky Idea Exchange for 2007 – 2009 and as
Kentucky State Operations Chair 2003 – 2006.
Kilcoyne achieved the
Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 2002. She served as the local
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) Chapter President in 2003 and 2004
and is currently serves as Chapter Secretary.
