NAI Isaac Brokers the Sale of Brannon Crossing Lots

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of two Brannon Crossing Lots totaling +/- 12.63 acres located Nicholasville, Kentucky. The lots were sold to ARC Development, LLC. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President, of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented BBVA Compass Bank, the seller in this transaction and Tyler Hughes with Weichert Realty represented the buyer.
