NAI Isaac Assists Prime Communications in Lease of Kroger Center Location

NAI Isaac recently assisted Prime Communications L.P. in the lease negotiations of a new location at the Kroger Center in Morehead, Kentucky.  Prime Communications is an AT&T Authorized Retailer and plans to open the new location in Spring 2015.  Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Jim Kemper, Vice President with NAI Isaac represented Prime Communications during the lease transaction.  Kevin Schreiber with The Shopping Center Group represented the Landlord.
