Guardian Savings Bank coming to Sir Barton Way

NAI Isaac recently brokered the sale of 2541 Sir Barton Way to Guardian Savings Bank, FSB.  Guardian operates ten offices throughout Kentucky and Ohio.  This will be their second full service banking facility in the Lexington, Kentucky area.  Guardian Savings Bank will occupy the 1st floor of the location, while Credit Bureau Systems, Inc. will continue to occupy the 2nd floor.
