NAI Isaac Brokers Sale of Danville Property

NAI Isaac recently brokered the sale of 1491 South Danville Bypass, located in Danville, Kentucky.  The property was sold to Viking Partners Ridgefield, LLC, who purchased the property for redevelopment.  Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Jim Kemper, Vice President with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the seller during the transaction.
