NAI Isaac Leases Freestanding Building to Russell Environmental Consulting

NAI Isaac recently assisted in the lease negotiations of a 2,824 sf freestanding building located at 101 Meadow Lane in Georgetown, Kentucky.  The building has been leased to Russell Environmental Consulting, LLC.  Al Isaac, President and Jamie Adams, LEED AP, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Owner during the lease negotiation.  Richard Sims of Rector Hayden Realtors represented the Tenant.
