NAI Isaac assisted with the sale of a 15,000 sf single tenant industrial facility located at 112 Eisenhower Court in Nicholasville, Kentucky.  The location was sold to a Trust as part of a 1031 exchange.  Kitchen Concepts will continue to occupy the property.
