NAI Isaac Completes $17,500,000 Sale of Two Office/Warehouse Developments Totaling Over 400,000 SF in Central, Kentucky

NAI Isaac recently assisted in the sale of two office/warehouse developments with over 400,000 sf located on ±29 acres of land combined.  The properties were sold to private investors. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Chad Voelkert, Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties assisted in the sale transaction.
