NAI Isaac Leases Space for Office Depot Distribution Location

NAI Isaac recently leased a ±7,600 sf property located at 549 Buck Place in Lexington, Kentucky.  The property has been leased to Office Depot, Inc. who plans to utilize the site as a distribution location.  Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Jamie Adams, LEED AP, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Tenant and Matt Stone with SVN Stone Commercial Real Estate represented the Owner during the lease transaction.
