The +33,000 SF office/warehouse building, located at 1387 East New Circle Road in Lexington, Kentucky was successfully marketed and sold for McLean Properties, Inc.  The Buyer plans to renovate and expand the existing building.  Al Isaac, President and Jamie Adams, LEED AP, Senior Associate represented the Seller.  David Allen with The Gibson Company represented the Buyer.
