Isaac Commercial Properties recently assisted Brock McVey Company with negotiating the lease of a +14,280 SF freestanding industrial facility located at 2341 Ampere Drive in Louisville, Kentucky. Brock McVay anticipates that their newest location will open late 2016.  Al Isaac, President, Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Jamie Adams, LEED AP, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. Powell Spears and Matt Hart Cage with JLL represented the Landlord.
