NAI Isaac Brokers Sale of Industrial Property to 10 Talents, LLC

NAI Isaac recently brokered the sale of a +38,796 SF industrial building located at 1060 W. High Street in Lexington, Kentucky.  The building was sold to 10 Talents, LLC who plans to open a GreenBox Heating and Air operation at the location.  GreenBox Air provides HVAC and plumbing services to commercial and residential customers throughout central Kentucky.  Bruce R. Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Jim Holbrook, Associate represented the Seller during the sale transaction.  Alaina Stokes and Clay Angelucci with Block and Lot represented the buyer.
