Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President, Recognized for Thirty Years of Service at NAI Isaac

Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President of NAI Isaac, recently received recognition for his 30 years of service with NAI Isaac.  Smith joined the company as a leasing/sales associate in March 1987.  "Paul Ray has been an integral part of NAI Isaac's growth and productivity.  His experience and knowledge of Kentucky Commercial Real Estate has played a key role in our success throughout the years", says Al Isaac, President.

Smith has extensive experience and market knowledge in the leasing, sales and management of office, retail and industrial projects, including a strong track record of Landlord and Tenant Representation.  During his tenure with the company, Smith has assisted numerous local, regional and national tenants with site selection, evaluation and lease negotiation for multiple locations throughout Kentucky.  

Smith is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), NAI's Retail Council and other commercial real estate associations and organizations.  He and his wife reside in Lexington, Kentucky with their three sons.
