NAI Isaac Brings Blue Diamond Industries, LLC to The Offices at Fritz Farm in Lexington, KY


NAI Isaac recently leased +/-5,497 SF, located at The Offices at Fritz Farm in Lexington, Kentucky to Blue Diamond Industries, LLC. Blue Diamond Industries is a premier manufacturer of HDPE conduit.  In 2018, Blue Diamond became part of the Hexatronic Group of Sweden, a manufacturer of microduct and microfiber used in fiber infrastructure systems.  Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President, Jamie Adams, CCIM, LEED AP, Assistant Vice President and J.L. Cannady, CCIM, Senior Associate of NAI Isaac represented the Landlord in the lease transaction.
