NAI Isaac Brokers Sale of Industrial Building to MetroNet in Lexington, KY

 

Lexington, KY - Jamie Adams, CCIM, Vice President and J.L. Cannady, CCIM, Senior Associate of NAI Isaac recently brokered the sale of a 16,930 SF industrial facility located at 904 North Broadway to MetroNet. Based in Evansville, Indiana, MetroNet recently completed construction of a 100% fiber optic network in Lexington, earning the city the title of largest Gigabit City in the U.S. They will utilize the North Broadway location as a base for expanding their services throughout the Central Kentucky region.
