NAI Isaac Brokers Sale of 26,000 SF Retail Center in London, KY

 



London, KY – NAI Isaac, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, announced the successful sale of 1810-1812 North Main Street in London, Kentucky. The 26,000 SF retail center was sold to a local investor who plans to use most of property for their business.
The property is located in close proximity to Daniel Boone Parkway and I-75, Exit 41. AutoZone also leases space in the center. Executive Vice President, Paul Ray Smith and Jim Kemper, Vice President with NAI Isaac represented the Seller in the transaction.
