NAI Isaac Brings Marshalls and Five Below to Barren River Plaza in Glasgow, Kentucky

 

Glasgow, KY - June 2021 – NAI Isaac, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management services firm, announced that Marshalls and Five Below will be opening locations at Barren River Plaza in Glasgow, KY. Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President, and Jim Kemper, Vice President of NAI Isaac, assisted the Landlord, Barren River Project, LLC in the lease transactions. Both stores are scheduled to open Spring 2022.

Barren River Plaza is a 350,000 SF retail shopping center anchored by Ruler Foods by Kroger, Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft, Burke’s Outlet, and TJ Samson Health Pavilion. Barren River Plaza is the largest shopping center in Glasgow. Additional leasing opportunities are available within the center.
