NAI Isaac Welcomes Burnaco's featuring Maiden City Brewing to The Lex

 


Lexington, KY – NAI Isaac welcomes Burnaco’s featuring Maiden City Brewing to The Lex, located at 561 South Broadway in Lexington, Kentucky. Burnaco’s and Maiden City Brewing will occupy 2,678 SF within the retail component of The Lex, located in the heart of Lexington. Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President, John Miller, Assistant Vice President, and Zach Smith, Associate with NAI Isaac represented the Owners during the lease transaction.

“We are excited to be partnering with The Lex to bring together multiple food and drink choices within a blended space accented by outdoor seating, that will provide our guests a relaxed environment to social engage and create experiences” states Bill Gibson, co-owner.

Burnaco’s will provide both authenticity and customary Tex-Mex choices made to order from fresh ingredients. The Churn and Brews brand will offer freshly ground coffee crafted into cappuccinos, lattes, and expressos while providing delicious local sourced ice cream. Housed together with one of the best craft brewers in Kentucky, the Maiden City Tap Room will allow customers the opportunity to share quality time over small batch Kentucky brewed beer while enjoying live music and other entertainment options.
