    Lexington, KY – NAI Isaac, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, announces two new Biscuit Belly locations in the Lexington KY market. The new stores will be located at The Villages at Great Acres (112 Lucille Drive) and at The Ethington Shoppes (4235 Harrodsburg Road), to serve the Lexington community in addition to the existing unit located at 652 East Main Street. Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President, and Zach Smith, Associate, at NAI Isaac, represented the Tenant, Shoffner Family Foods, LLC, in conjunction with Lorianne Bonn of Gant Hill & Associates.

    Biscuit Belly - Inspired by the savory cuisine of their hometowns, Chad and Lauren Coulter wanted to create a space where guests could get authentic Southern flavor with flair. They enlisted the expertise of renowned executive chef Tavis Rockwell to begin building an inventive brunch menu filled with bold new twists on Southern favorites. Tavis spent three months perfecting their proprietary biscuit recipe, and you can taste this labor of love in every bite. At Biscuit Belly they believe great food is a catalyst for community, giving people a chance to come together over a hot plate of biscuits and gravy.
