NAI Isaac Welcomes Rosati's Pizza to The Venue in Lexington, Kentucky

Rosati's Pizza joins The Venue in Lexington, Kentucky.  Paul Ray Smith, Jr., Executive Vice President, and Zach Smith, Associate, with NAI Isaac represented the Landlord; Ryan Pennington with 7D Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant. With the addition of Tuk Tuk Snack Shop, Hits Fitness, and Rosati's Pizza, The Venue is now fully leased!

Saverio "Sam" Rosati's father began the family tradition of serving Italian food in his New York restaurant in the late 1890’s. The family moved to Chicago after the turn of the century, opening a second fine Italian restaurant featuring “Italian Style Pizza." In 1927, following in his father’s footsteps, Sam opened his own Italian restaurant in downtown Chicago. When Sam retired, his sons continued the family tradition.

By 1964 pizza in America was starting to take off and the first "Rosati’s Pizza" opened its doors. By 1978, a total of ten individual Rosati family members owned Rosati’s Pizza locations. The family decided to expand the business and began franchising Rosati’s Pizza in 1979, but the recipe, passed down through generations of the Rosati Family, remains the same.
