Lexington Clinic will open a new location on 2444 Harrodsburg Road in Lexington, Ky. The 7,500 square foot facility will serve as an expansion of their urology department and is slated to open in July, 2011. NAI Isaac facilitated the sale of 3256 Loch Ness Drive in Lexington, KY. A local buyer purchased the 5,950 SF building on March 1st. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the Seller.

NAI Isaac facilitated the lease of 897 Nandino Blvd in North Lexington, KY. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM of NAI Isaac, represented Roppel Industries, who doubled their size to +/- 9,600 SF in a long term lease. Ken Michul with the Webb Companies represented the Landlord.

NAI Isaac and CBRE Chicago facilitated the lease of 1630 Majaun Drive in Lexington, KY. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM Senior Vice President of NAI Isaac and Abigail Olsen of CBRE represented John Deere Landscapes and Cliff Eddleman and Amy Mellinger of Fortune Realty represented the Landlord in the long term 9600 SF lease. John Deere Landscapes will relocate their Palumbo Drive operation to Majaun Drive.
