Pilates Unlimited of Lexington and Body Slam Bootcamps will open new locations at Richmond Woods Centre in Southeast Lexington. Pilates Unlimited will open its facility by the end of July. Richmond Woods Centre is a 22,000 SF shopping center located at the corner of Todds Road & Codell Drive directly across from the Lowe’s entrance. The center is anchored by Ziyan Hair Salon & Holistic Day Spa, Nationwide, Edward Jones, and more retailers. NAI Isaac’s Chad Voelkert worked with the Landlord to secure the leases.

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 2257 Harrodsburg Road in Lexington, KY, a 3,500 SF building on a ½ AC lot. This former Central Bank location was purchased by AMRC, LLC and AE Collins for $440,000. Chad Voelkert, Senior Associate of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the Buyer.

Chinoe Center welcomes its newest tenant, Fast Track Fitness. Fast Track Fitness provides personal training regimes devoted to one-on-one fitness instruction tailored specifically to individual needs. The fitness center will relocate from its current Mount Tabor Road facility and is scheduled to open its new Chinoe Center location on September 1, 2011. NAI Isaac brings Great Bagel to the University Plaza and brings the shopping center to full occupancy. Great Bagel will occupy over 2,100 SF and is slated to open by the end of summer. Great Bagel will join Subway, Cosmic Charlie’s, Big Daddy’s, Kentucky Wildcuts and Lynagh’s Pub. Located at the corner of Woodland Avenue and Euclid Avenue, University Plaza conveniently serves the UK campus and downtown areas. NAI Isaac facilitated the expansion of Golden & Walters, PLLC at Corporate Plaza in the Corporate Business Center at 771 Corporate Drive, Lexington, KY. The expansion is scheduled to take place over the next month with an additional 4900 SF of office space. Golden & Walters has served the Commonwealth of Kentucky for over 10 years specializing in Kentucky Civil and Criminal Law. Corporate Plaza is located at the corner of Harrodsburg and New Circle Roads in southwest Lexington, KY. Al Isaac, NAI Isaac Commercial Properties handled the expansion.
