NAI Isaac Facilitates a Lease with the LFUCG for an Industrial Facility in Lexington, KY Al Isaac, President and Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Landlord, James R. Kemper, in lease negotiations with the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government’s Division of Water Quality for a + 13,322 SF industrial facility located at 951 Enterprise Drive in Lexington, Kentucky.

Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties and Dina Zavislak with Mohr Partners, represented Stantec in lease negotiations and Ken Michul with The Webb Companies represented the Owner, The Offices of CentrePointe, LLC in this transaction. Stantec will occupy the top +/- 2½ floors consisting of +/-35,000 SF in the new 10-story building to be constructed at 100 West Main Street in downtown Lexington . Construction for the development has begun with an estimated completion date of May 2015. Stantec employs more than 13,000 specialists in over 200 offices with Lexington being amongst one of its largest offices. NAI Isaac welcomes Rue 21 to Festival Plaza, bringing the 42,000 square foot center to 100% occupancy. Rue 21 is a national specialty discount retailer of young men and women’s casual apparel and accessories .  The 5,900 square foot store is slated to open in the spring of 2014. Rue 21 will join Dollar General, Hibbett Sports and more. Glasgow is in Barren County, in south-central Kentucky, about 90 miles southeast of Louisville and 90 miles northeast of Nashville.  Paul Ray Smith and Jim Kemper of NAI Isaac, represented the Landlord, Festival Plaza Associates, LLC, and May Commercial Group and Currier Properties represented the Tenant in this transaction.
