Preferred Cleaners is an eco-friendly dry cleaner with n o odor, less fading, gentle on fibers in addition to being non-toxic and non-hazardous to humans, animals & the environment.   Preferred Cleaners specializes in perfect shirts, skilled alterations, couture & designer garments, and wedding gown pressing, cleaning and preservation and is slated to open their first Lexington location in the Spring 2014.  Anchored by Kroger, Chinoe Center is located at 1050 -1060 Chinoe Road between Alumni Drive and Tates Creek Road on the southeast side of Lexington. NAI Isaac welcomes Signature’s Formal Boutique to Shiloh Landing. Signature’s Formal Boutique specializes in prom, formal wear, tuxedos and is scheduled to open in February 2014. Shiloh Landing is located just off I-75 at Exit 41 in London, Kentucky.  Area retailers include Shiloh’s Roadhouse, Cheddar’s, Cracker Barrel and more. NAI Isaac welcomes JoAnn Fabric and Craft Stores to Barren River Plaza, bringing the 119,000 square foot center to 100% occupancy. JoAnn Fabric and Craft Stores is one of the largest specialty retailers of fabrics and crafts in the country.  The 17,000 square foot store is slated to open in the spring of 2014. JoAnn will join Goody’s, Burke’s Outlet, Ruler Foods and TJ Samson Community Hospital Health Pavilion. Glasgow is in Barren County, in south-central Kentucky, about 90 miles southeast of Louisville and 90 miles northeast of Nashville.  Paul Ray Smith and Jim Kemper of NAI Isaac, represented the Landlord, Barren River Plaza Project, LLC, and Greg Meyer with Anchor Associates represented the Tenant in this transaction.

Ramsey’s Diner is slated to open February 2014. West Zandale Plaza is a new 12,000 SF retail center located at 151 West Zandale Court across from Zandale Shopping Center on Nicholasville Road.
