NAI Isaac recently brokered the sale of a  + 38,796 SF industrial building located at 1060 W. High Street in Lexington, Kentucky.  The building was sold to 10 Talents, LLC who plans to open a GreenBox Heating and Air operation at the location.  GreenBox Air provides HVAC and plumbing services to commercial and residential customers throughout central Kentucky.  Bruce R.
