Burkes Outlet currently has 18 locations in Kentucky and is a division of Florida-based Bealls, Inc.  Bealls is a privately held company owned by the founding family and its employees.  Bealls operated over 500 retail stores.   Barren River Plaza, a 350,000 SF regional center, is anchored by Ruler Foods by Kroger, Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft, Burkes Outlet and TJ Samson Community Hospital Health Pavilion. Keeneland Drive in securing a new lease.           The property, formerly occupied by Frisch's Big Boy restaurant, has been leased to El Charro Texano Mexican Restaurant.  El Charro Texano will offer dine in, carry-out, and drive-thru pick-up options to customers throughout Central Kentucky.
