The industrial facility contains over 40,000 SF on 7 plus acres. The city of London is located on Interstate 75, 90 miles South of Lexington and 70 miles north of Knoxville, TN. Paul Ray Smith and Chad Voelkert of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Seller and Brenda Skipper with Century 21 represented the Purchaser in this transaction.

Scrub World opened its doors to its new 1,600 SF location at Tiverton Center April 1st. Scrub World is a supplier of medical uniforms and apparel. Anchored by The Melting Pot, Tiverton Center is located just off Nicholasville Road next to South Farm Marketplace on Tiverton Way in Lexington. NAI Isaac Commercial Properties handled the relocation.
