Jamie Adams, CCIM, LEED AP, Promoted to Assistant Vice President at NAI Isaac

Jamie Adams, CCIM, LEED AP, an agent with NAI Isaac has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.  "Jamie combines tenacity with experience to offer a broad scope of services to our clients." says Al Isaac, President.  Adams is a sales/leasing associate who specializes in retail, office and industrial markets in Central Kentucky.  He represents both Tenants and Property Owners ranging in size from international REITs to local businesses.  A Lexington native, Adams is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. Following graduation, Adams worked for an international planning and landscape architecture firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL where he assisted with planning, design and construction projects all over the world.  He relocated back to Lexington and joined the NAI Isaac team in 2010.   Adams obtained the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in October 2016 and became  Lexington's Chapter President for 2017....

Skyline Chili and LaRosa's Family Pizzeria Coming to Richmond Road in Lexington, Kentucky

NAI Isaac recently brokered the sale of two development lots, located at 2800 Richmond Road in Lexington, Kentucky to Holland Development.  Jim Kemper, Vice President and Bruce R. Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President represented Gary Holland, CEO of Holland Development.  Holland owns the First Watch restaurants in Lexington and Louisville as well as multiple Skyline Chili and LaRosa's franchises in Kentucky.  Its parent corporation, One Holland, is based in Taylor Mill, Kentucky.  The development of the restaurants are each the first of a multi-unit Lexington development agreement with Skyline and LaRosa's.  Kevin Verhoven and Billy Smith of The Gibson Company represented the Seller.
