NAI Isaac Brokers Sale of Retail Outlot

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 0.61 AC retail outlot at 361 New Circle Road NE. The outlot is situated in front of Kroger Plaza at Bryan Station and New Circle Roads. NAI Isaac Brokers $3.4M Sale

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of a net leased investment package for properties located at 268 Versailles Road in Frankfort and 121 Edwards Avenue in Georgetown. The two buildings totaled 7,000 SF each and are currently leased to Advance Auto Parts. Chad Voelkert of NAI Isaac represented the seller in the transaction.
