NAI Isaac Sells $2.2M Georgetown, KY Industrial Building
NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 947 East Main Street Extended in Georgetown, KY. The 97,500 SF industrial facility on 20 acres was purchased by HGI-Kentucky, LLC. This former Johnson Controls facility sold for $2,159,853. Bruce Isaac and Chad Voelkert of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties and Michael Shigley with USI Real Estate represented the Seller. Doug Butcher with CBRE represented the Buyer.
