J2C Bistro to Open Location at The Lex in Lexington, Kentucky

NAI Isaac recently assisted in the lease negotiations of a space within The Lex, located at 501-577 South Broadway in Lexington, Kentucky. J2C Bistro is an Asian restaurant with plans to open for business in August 2015.  Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and John Miller, Broker Associate with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the landlord, Shelbourne Campus Properties, during the lease transaction.

Orange Theory Fitness to Open Location in Lexington, Kentucky

NAI Isaac recently assisted in the lease negotiations of a space within the Newk’s Eatery building located at 2369 Richmond Road in Lexington, Kentucky.  The ±2,742 sf space has been leased to Orange Theory Fitness, a cutting-edge fitness training concept based on the philosophy of utilizing post-exercise oxygen consumption to maximize workout results.  The location is scheduled to open September 2015.
