Brannon Road in Nicholasville, Kentucky.  The space was leased to Gumbo Ya Ya, a locally owned and operated fast casual Cajun creole restaurant, and is now open for business. NAI Isaac recently leased a ±39,000 sf property located at 2409 Over Drive in Lexington, Kentucky.  The property has been leased to TP Mechanical Contractors, Inc., who plans to open for business in early 2016.  TP Mechanical Contractors is a recognized leader in the construction industry, specializing in large-scale construction projects and comprehensive mechanical contracting services ranging from customized service and maintenance plans to design/build and fabrication.
