Bounce-a-Roos Party Inflatables will open its first location in the Prince Royal Plaza shopping center. With over 12,200 square feet of premises, Bounce-a-Roos will feature indoor inflatables as well as off site party services. Projected to open in late January 2011, Bounce-a-Roos offers safe, family entertainment. Located at 120 Prince Royal Drive, off US 21 near I-75, Prince Royal Plaza is fully leased and anchored by Goodwill and Dollar General. Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, worked with the Landlord, and the tenant to secure the lease.

Show Me’s restaurant opened its first Lexington location at 1973 Bryant Road. The 11,000 SF sports bar franchise opened this December. Show-Me's offers casual dining with wings, burgers, and seafood. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President with NAI Isaac, represented the tenant, Monroe Entertainment, LLC, to secure the 10 year lease.

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 112 Eisenhower Court in Nicholasville, KY. The 15,000 square foot facility on 1.1 acres is located in the Bluegrass Industrial Park off US 27 and Industry Road near the Fayette/Jessamine County line. The facility was purchased by Commonwealth X-Ray, Inc. for $405,000. Bruce R. Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties exclusively represented the Seller, Bank of The Bluegrass.

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 2515 Harrodsburg Road in Lexington, KY. Formerly a PNC Bank branch, the +/- 2,634 SF building on +/- 0.7 acre was sold to a private buyer. Al Isaac, President and Jim Kemper, Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties and represented the Seller, PNC Bank, and Steve Bean of Haymaker-Bean Commercial Real Estate, represented the buyer.
