NAI Isaac Brokers Lease of 3,800 SF Freestanding Restaurant in Winchester, Kentucky

  Winchester, KY - Bruce Isaac , SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Jim Kemper , Vice President of NAI Isaac and Ben Dulman with Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. recently represented Bojangles' Restaurant in a lease termination for a 3,800 SF property located at 100 Hospital Drive in Winchester, KY.  The space was subsequently listed by NAI Isaac and leased to Cook Out Restaurants.  Cook Out offers homemade hamburgers, barbeque and milkshakes to customers around the United States.  This will be their ninth location in Kentucky and their first in Winchester. Her broad experience in tenant relations, property maintenance and vendor coordination plays a valuable role in the services we provide to our clients. Black manages properties in central Kentucky, focusing on overseeing routine and emergency maintenance issues, managing contractor relationships, addressing and resolving tenant issues, and coordinating capital improvement projects. Black holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentration in marketing from the University of Kentucky.  Laura resides in Lexington, Kentucky with her family.
