  Winchester, KY - Bruce Isaac , SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Jim Kemper , Vice President of NAI Isaac and Ben Dulman with Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. recently represented Bojangles' Restaurant in a lease termination for a 3,800 SF property located at 100 Hospital Drive in Winchester, KY.  The space was subsequently listed by NAI Isaac and leased to Cook Out Restaurants.  Cook Out offers homemade hamburgers, barbeque and milkshakes to customers around the United States.  This will be their ninth location in Kentucky and their first in Winchester.   Nicholasville, KY - J.L.
