NAI Isaac welcomes Ian Scott to the team. Scott joins NAI Isaac with a broad range of commercial maintenance and construction experience. He has worked in the Central Kentucky area as a General Contractor since 2010 on multiple projects. Scott is a member of the company's Property Management Department. As the Maintenance Coordinator, he facilitates the management and completion of maintenance projects, oversees vendor relationships, ensures all tenant maintenance requests are addressed and resolved, and manages regularly scheduled inspections for the companies managed portfolio. Scott has attended the University of Cincinnati, Bluegrass Community and Technical College, and the University of Kentucky, completing degrees in Theater, Psychology, and Social Sciences. He currently resides in Lexington with his daughter, Charli.

Hopebridge was founded in 2005 to serve the growing need for autism treatment services and to improve the lives of affected children and families. Hopebridge provides personalized outpatient ABA, Occupational, and Speech Therapies for children touched by Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavioral, physical, social, communication, and sensory challenges.
