Al Isaac and Paul Ray Smith of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Seller, TB Managed Assets III, LLC, in this transaction   and the Purchaser was represented by Billy Smith of The Gibson Company.   

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 801-803 Schenkel Lane and 801 Teton Trail in Frankfort, Kentucky to Charles Booe, Booe Properties, www.booeproperties.com , and owner of Rebecca Ruth Candy, www.rebeccaruth.com , a future tenant of Schenkel Lane. Jim Holbrook and Jamie Adams of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Seller, Business Property Lending, Inc., in this transaction.
