NAI Isaac is pleased to announce the lease renewals of Amerisports Gymnastics, consisting of 9,948 SF, located at 2041 Creative Drive and Insight/Time Warner Cable, consisting of 7,007 SF, at 2050 Creative Drive within the Lexington Business Center in Lexington, Kentucky. The Lexington Business Center is a 307,498 square foot, five-building mixed-use development on 19.71 acres. NAI Isaac brokered the sale of a 3,200 sf freestanding former Schlotzsky’s Deli located at 4756 Houston Road in Florence, Kentucky. The property was sold to a private investor. NAI Isaac brokered the sale of two Brannon Crossing Lots totaling +/- 12.63 acres located Nicholasville, Kentucky. The lots were sold to ARC Development, LLC.
