The Shoppes at Commerce Center is 100% occupied and is located on US 27 between Lexington and Nicholasville, KY. Commerce Center is anchored by the area’s newest Sam’s Club as well as Kohl’s, Starbucks Coffee and Suff's Furniture. Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Jim Kemper, Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the seller, Man O' War Development No. 3, LLC, and Schrader Commercial Properties represented the buyer, Jordan Enterprises, Inc. in this transaction. Smith and Kemper have represented the Seller in the leasing of the Center since 2003.

NAI Isaac Brokers Sale of Prime Retail Location in Lexington, KY NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 3.57 AC prime retail land at 3851 Mall Road. The buyer, a private local company, paid $2,000,000 for the site. The buyer plans to construct a 20,000 SF retail center and outparcel to be completed summer 2013. The property is adjacent to the 1.2M SF “Fayette Mall” with over 150 stores on 87 AC, the 190,000 SF Plaza at Fayette Mall and a high volume Wal-Mart Supercenter and Lowes Center in south Lexington, Kentucky.
