NAI Isaac recently assisted Wal-Mart in the purchase of 25.10 acres in Hanson, Kentucky that will be utilized for the construction of a Wal-Mart Supercenter. Soon to become part of the I-69 Corridor, Hanson is located just off the Pennyrile Parkway, less than seven miles from Madisonville, Kentucky. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust in the sale negotiation.
