NAI Isaac brokered the sale of the Tiverton Center located at 152 West Tiverton Way in Lexington, KY. Anchored by The Melting Pot and Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Tiverton Center is located just off Nicholasville Road adjacent South Farm Marketplace. The south Lexington retail center was purchased by Prometheus Properties, LLC. Al Isaac, President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties handled the transaction.

Lexington, Kentucky recently received recognition for job potential in 2011. In a survey by Manpower earlier this year, Lexington ranked #12 among the 2011 Best Cities for Job Growth in NewGeography.com. Lexington-Fayette County moved up two spots from last year to #12 in the mid-sized cities category, which included a non-farm employment base of between 150,000 and 450,000 jobs.
