In a recent article on Forbes.com, three companies with presences in and around Lexington, Kentucky, were listed among the World’s Ten Most Innovative Companies. The three companies were Toyota, 3M, and IBM. You would think that to attain the title of “Most Innovative” that a company would have to spend a big chuck on innovation. However, this Forbes article shows that spending heavily on innovation doesn’t guarantee success, and also stresses that those companies that appear on this list often don’t spend the most money on the process of innovation. NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 1035 Ben Ali Drive in Danville, KY. The 2,700 SF bank building on 0.5 AC was purchased by Farmer’s Bank and Capital Company. The facility was originally constructed for The First National Bank of Lawrenceburg. Farmer’s Bank was the existing tenant of the property as successor tenant. The bank facility was sold for $1,200,000. Al Isaac of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties handled the transaction.
