Based in Evansville, Indiana, MetroNet recently completed construction of a 100% fiber optic network in Lexington, earning the city the title of largest Gigabit City in the U.S. They will utilize the North Broadway location as a base for expanding their services throughout the Central Kentucky region.     Jamie Adams, CCIM, and J.L.   Glasgow, KY - Jim Kemper, Vice President and Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President of NAI Isaac recently announced the lease renewal of Burkes Outlet, located Barren River Plaza in Glasgow, KY. Burkes Outlet currently has 18 locations in Kentucky and is a division of Florida-based Bealls, Inc.  Bealls is a privately held company owned by the founding family and its employees.  Bealls operated over 500 retail stores.   Barren River Plaza, a 350,000 SF regional center, is anchored by Ruler Foods by Kroger, Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft, Burkes Outlet and TJ Samson Community Hospital Health Pavilion. Jim Kemper and Paul Ray Smith represented the Landlord in the lease renewal.     Spaces are still available for lease at Barren River Plaza.
