Encore Dance Studio will open its first location in the Prince Royal Plaza shopping center. With 2,700 square feet, Encore will offer dance instruction and dance apparel for children through adults. Located at 120 Prince Royal Drive, off US 21 near I-75, Prince Royal Plaza is now 100% fully leased and anchored by Goodwill, Dollar General and Bounce-a-Roos. Paul Ray Smith and Madelon Cormney of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, worked with the Landlord and the Tenant to secure the lease.

Chinoe Center welcomes its newest tenant, Wild Thyme, LLC. Wild Thyme combines personal touch catering services with “how to” cooking lessons for individuals, couples or groups. The lessons are designed as an entertainment event for an evening of cooking and dining. Wild Thyme also hosts children’s birthday parties where cooking lessons for children turns food preparation into a party. Wild Thyme is scheduled to open its 3,000 square foot storefront on September 1, 2011. Anchored by Kroger, Chinoe Center is located between Alumni Drive and Tates Creek Road on the southeast side of Lexington. NAI Isaac’s Jim Holbrook worked with the Landlord and Tenant to secure the lease.

Stonewall Center welcomes Modern Mercantile and Wine Mercantile wine shop. Modern Mercantile and Wine Mercantile is aiming to open its 5,400 square foot retail storefront the last week of May, with a Grand Opening party. Modern Mercantile specializes in a wide range of “upscale affordable” merchandise to include new and not-so-new art, gifts, jewelry, furniture, accessories, and more. In addition, a café with European specialties will offer Spanakopita, Quiche, and the like, as well as Saturday morning crepes. The café will also feature wonderful cheeses, bread, and a “take & bake” section for patrons to easily stop in and grab a dinner and bottle of wine on the way home. The Wine Mercantile will offer all Kentucky wines with one or two featured specialties each month from outside of Kentucky.
