NAI Isaac assisted with the sale of a 15,000 sf single tenant industrial facility located at 112 Eisenhower Court in Nicholasville, Kentucky.  The location was sold to a Trust as part of a 1031 exchange.  Kitchen Concepts will continue to occupy the property. NAI Isaac recently assisted with the leasing of a 3,904 SF freestanding facility located at 100 Peachtree Drive in Nicholasville, Kentucky. The property has been leased to Katie's Tire and Auto Center.  Originally based in Winchester, KY, Katie's plans to open an additional location in Nicholasville to serve the Central Kentucky area. NAI Isaac recently leased a 2,446 sf building located at 895 Pennsylvania Avenue in Bardstown, Kentucky to Bardstown City Schools.  The school system plans to use the location for a day care center.  J.L.
