NAI Isaac Assists Stantec in Relocation & Expansion to the new CentrePointe Development

Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties and Dina Zavislak with Mohr Partners, represented Stantec in lease negotiations and Ken Michul with The Webb Companies represented the Owner, The Offices of CentrePointe, LLC in this transaction. Stantec will occupy the top +/- 2½ floors consisting of +/-35,000 SF in the new 10-story building to be constructed at 100 West Main Street in downtown Lexington . Construction for the development has begun with an estimated completion date of May 2015. NAI Isaac Welcomes Rue 21 to Festival Plaza in Glasgow, KY

NAI Isaac welcomes Rue 21 to Festival Plaza, bringing the 42,000 square foot center to 100% occupancy. Rue 21 is a national specialty discount retailer of young men and women’s casual apparel and accessories .  The 5,900 square foot store is slated to open in the spring of 2014. Rue 21 will join Dollar General, Hibbett Sports and more.
