Coloroma Rental Center will relocate its Richmond store to 610 Big Hill Avenue. Founded in 1984, Coloroma has multiple locations in Kentucky and Southwest Virginia. Big Hill Avenue is located just off the Eastern By-pass near the EKU campus and the Center is now 100% leased. West Park is a newly renovated 65,700 SF shopping center anchored by Dollar General, McDonald's, Pizza Hut and Tractor Supply.
